The Rapid Assault Chest Rig from Condor is ideal if you need space for multiple magazines on long missions.
The carrying straps are padded, and the MOLLE loops allow for additional equipment to be attached. Adjustable hip and shoulder straps, as well as quick-release buckles, keep the chest rig perfectly in place.
